Are you a little over-weight? Yes?! Well, it's time for you to try microwaveable vegetarian Asian cooking!
I know the secret of a Korean’s diet. As one of my former roommates, who was from Korea always complained: "Why Japanese restaurants are serving such small portions?!"
Yes, Koreans eat a large amount. Yet, Koreans still stay slim, because of the detoxing effects in their super-hot dishes.
Today, I am using Yuzu Hot Sauce. Yuzu is a Japanese flavorful citrus, which accelerates quick cooking!
1. Defrost frozen broccoli half-way, on high for 1 minute.
2. Next, add salt/pepper and 2-3 teaspoon Yuzu Hot Sauce. Microwave high for 1-2 minutes until it's hot.
3. Then, add 4-5 slice of sharp cheddar and microwave high for 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
4. Top with Mexican seasoning mix and dig in!!
![You can easily get these at any super markets and Trader Joe's.](https://image.jimcdn.com/app/cms/image/transf/none/path/s286636f928cd939a/image/i12bd71a02b407944/version/1560479821/image.png)
